1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sixthings mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download and use Sixthings for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the App
• Using the App for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

5. Subscription Services

Sixthings offers an optional premium subscription called Sixthings Focus, available as a monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew.

Current subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sixthings and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sixthings, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sixthings operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
